A Note from Dr. Deb Courtney:

I was trained in EMDR by EMDR HAP and immediately found it to be an amazing methodology to use in my practice. While using EMDR, I began to think about how helpful tangible and visual aids would be for both the young clients I worked with and me. As a result, I began creating such in my own practice, which proved to be very effective. "The EMDR Journey" is the final product of that process!

I am excited to be using it in my own practice and to share it with other trained clinicians. My hope is that you will find it helpful in leading children and adolescents on their journeys!
